About the Founder
My name is Victoria, founder of Sixth Sense.
I bring 17 years of experience in Human Resources, including 11 years supporting corporate organizations across the Middle East in building strong, sustainable teams.
Throughout my career, I have worked as both HR Business Partner and Head of HR, managing HR functions in companies with workforces of 400+ employees.
My professional focus has always been the same: aligning people strategy with business performance.
I firmly believe that talent is the most valuable asset of any organization. The difference between a company that grows and one that struggles often lies in the quality of its people and the strength of its leadership teams.
